
today's recipe: sherry yard's master brioche recipe from the secrets of baking. I think I may prefer this one to rlb's basic brioche; while the process is simpler, it seems to produce a slightly flakier, yet equally substantial crumb. 

I baked two loaves in mini cake pans.
